Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships are for everybody - not just young adults looking for training to start off their career - they are valuable for adults of any age, any level of experience and qualification (including degrees). As you look through the list below you will see in the brief description whether the course is suitable for starting a career or if it is primarily designed for established professionals looking for a training programme to help them to progress in their career. When you click on a course it will open an information sheet that provides lots of additional information.

Business Administrator.png

Business Administrator (Level 3)

An outstanding entry point to a career in business although it can also be useful as professional development for established staff.  It is suitable for almost any office environment in any sector.

 

Customer Service Professional.png
Customer Service Professional (Level 2)

The perfect introduction to working in a customer facing role, ideal for young adults entering the world of work.

 

Customer Service Specialist.png
Customer Service Specialist (Level 3)

Provides excellent progression for those completing the level 2 course or professional development for those who have already acquired some work experience.  In some instances new entrants may be able to leapfrog the level 2 and enrol straight onto the level 3, depending on the role and previous qualifications/experience.

 

Sales Executive.png
Institute of Sales Professionals Sales Executive (Level 4)

Provides formal training and accreditation to those working in Sales.  Some work experience is necessary, ideally including some experience in a sales environment.

 

Junior Estate Agent.png
PropertyMark Junior Estate Agent (Level 2)

An outstanding entry point for a career in Estate Agency (with possible progression to property management).  It can also be used as professional development for existing staff but there may be better options for this.

 

Recruitment Resourcer.png
REC Recruitment Resourcer (Level 2)

The perfect entry point for a career in recruitment, accredited by the REC.  It can also be used for professional development if employees have no formal training or qualifications but there may be better options for this.

 

Recruitment Consultant.png
REC Recruitment Consultant (Level 3)

Provides excellent progression for those completing the level 2 course or professional development for those who have already acquired some experience in the sector.

 

HR Support.png
CIPD HR Support (Level 3)

The perfect entry point for a career in HR with a wide range of progression options. The course can also provide excellent professional development for existing staff who do not yet have any HR qualifications.

 

Team Leader.png
CMI Team Leader / Supervisor (Level 3)

Provides ideal professional development for those taking on line management responsibilities for the first time or have acquired some experience but no formal training.

 

Operations:Departmental Manager.png
CMI Operations / Departmental Manager (Level 5)

Provides ideal professional development for those entering middle and senior management roles or have acquired some experience but no formal training.

 

Accounts:Finance Assistant.png
AAT Accounts / Finance Assistant (Level 2)

The perfect entry point for a career in bookkeeping, accounting or other financial services.

 

Assistant Accountant.png
AAT Assistant Accountant (Level 3)

Provides ideal progression from level 2 for those wishing to pursue a career in accounting or professional development for those with some experience but no formal training.  In some circumstances it may also be suitable for new entrants to the profession who have already completed some related training at school or college.

 

Professional Accounting Technician.png
AAT Professional Accounting Technician (Level 4)

Provides ideal professional development for those wishing to further their career in accounting. It also provides the ideal progression route for those completing the level 3.

As well as full qualifications, we are happy to allow candidates to select individual units from these qualifications so that they can be tailored to meet specific individual needs.
